Me: It must have felt Great. Why did you choose to "Ditch" religion?
Francis Crick: Well, I just came to a point in my life when I thought: "hey, I really think this isn't right. Science must be the way." I Guesse one contributing factor is that religion and science don't reall mix up well. It is just one of those things that I had to do in my life.

    Francis Crick
He is best known for his contribution to the world in the area of science, physiology. He was one of the trio who discovered the structure of DNA. Others who assisted him in his journey to discover this were: James Watson and Maurice Wilkins. It was these three who won the Nobel Prize in 1962. Francis was a very important figure in science history, as his discovery with the double helix structure of DNA has helped in other science areas such as biology and forensics. I have chosen Francis Crick because I have an interest in forensics. His discovery of the DNA structure revolutionised the way forensic scientists discovered the truth.
